UTMB Health Physician Assistant Office Suite project included the renovations and re-purposing of 10,000 square feet of former patient area to a physician’s assistant office suite. Following a large demo phase, the refinishing of all surfaces commenced and included the construction of a kitchen, break area, study space, conference rooms, and offices. In addition, all new mechanical, electrical and plumbing was installed. A few custom features that made this project unique included custom etched-glass patricians and ring lighting chandeliers.
